my buddy game me some rubicon 4.5in lift springs will these work on a 04 limited wj and how much lift would i get

 

They can be made to prop your Jeep up while sitting still in the driveway, it's been done before, but it'll be a hack job and I wouldn't trust the safety of such a setup. You would have to cut some of the spring off at the very end where it curls in to get it to fit the perch and you might even have to "massage" your isolators as well (meaning... hack job). You don't want to do this.
