Hello to @ll.
I have a bit of an issue with my Jeep. It's a 99 Grand Cherokee Laredo WJ. I can't seem to get a TV cable for it or even the part number so I could search for it on the net. Can someone please help me out?

Welcome to CF. Without the engine I can't find out the part #'s. I called the dealer, and they need either the engine or VIN # to find the part #, saying they can't tell which trans is in the vehicle. So call Jim Riehl's Friendly Chrysler/Jeep toll free at 1-877-785-9541, and ask for the parts dept. Or call any Jeep dealer. Tell them which engine you have, or give them the last 6 #'s of your VIN. They can give you the part # you need & their price. Maybe it would be cheaper there. Compare prices.

Thanks for the quick reply. Sorry I forgot to add the engine it's a 4ltr. I'm in oz and that makes it a bit hard to find the cable. I called a Jeep dealer here but they gave me the part number to a 2.5 diesel. The last 6 digits of my vin are 504141. Please let me know if you find something, because Australia is very expensive for parts and It's hard to find Jeep parts. Ebay helps a lot but I can't find any listings for this item.

Okay, I called the dealer this morning and gave them the info. Now I was told he needed the last 8 digits of the VIN. I told him of my situation, and he tried to look it up. He came up with part # 52104284AB. He said he'd have to order it, but I replied you were in Australia. He said his dealer won't order parts for European vehicles because they're obviously different (), didn't know about yours.
Try this place and see if they will ship you the part. I checked, and it was $32.44 for the part. They may add tax to that, plus the shipping of course. >->http://www.jeepparts.com/index.php?i...partnum=accept
