I have a 94 jeep grand cherokee when you first start the jeep after sitting the a/c works. If you turn the jeep off than back on the A/C will not come back on.
any one have any suggestions on what mite be going on with the jeep.

Can you be more specific about not coming back on? Does eh blower work, or it just doesn't get cold?

 

The blower motor comes on. The a/c compressor does not come on it blows warm air.

 

assuming it is charged correctly or nearly so, I would look at the low pressure limit switch and the connections. Located on the accumulator on the frame rail. A bad connection would not let the compressor come on
