Ignition Switch Replacement from 2000 GC to 1999 GC

Ignition Switch Replacement from 2000 GC to 1999 GC
Hello all,
I recently swapped out the powertrain assembly from a 2000 GC into a 1999 GC.
I also swapped out the hood, rear hatch, and 4 doors from the 2000 into the 1999
I now need to swap out the ignition switch and SKIM from the 2000 into the 1999.
Is this a straightforward deal or will I have to get it reprogrammed.
As it stands right now, I am having issues with the automatic door locks.
Prior to swapping the doors, they worked on each vehicle.
With the 2000 doors on the 1999 they wont work.
Is there a door lock module that I will also have to change?
I would like to use the the key fobs and keys from the 2000 GC since I swapped the doors to the 1999.
I do not have key fobs for the 1999 GC. Just a key.
