Hi all,
I recently aquired a 4.7lt V8 2001 Grand Jeep Cherokee, unfortunately when the engine is cold it cuts out when you take you foot of the accelerator when approaching a junction etc, it is fine when it is warm, the engine idles about 600 rpm. An engine warning light has appeared, and the diagnostic computer tells me it is a high voltage on the TPS. I have replaced the TPS but to no avail the problem was still there. I took the Jeep to the local dealer who slaved in a new TPS and PCU but the fault code was still apparrent. I currently work and live in Saudi Arabia and don't have much faith in the local dealers ability Any ideas as to what to try next???
