So yeah, Two issues with my wj.

1. When I start it up it runs fine, then after like 30 seconds itll start puttering and ill let go of the accelerator and it'll be fine. Any ideas why this might be happening? Also for some reason, just now It was randomly driving fine and then would do a little putter for a split second and stop and then randomly it would happen again. like the engine was giving up momentarily. Is that the same issue?


2. Might just be dumb. But my oil pressure gauge is fine when im idling or in park but not moving. But whenever I accelerate and put my foot on the gas the little needle goes all the way to the right towards the max. almost as if its a mini speedometer that maxes out. any ideas why its doing this?

i had a WJ once... when i was driving it it said it would kill me if i fell asleep inside it.... theyre evil.. or i was imagining that.. who knows

 

normal for the oil pressure.

 

To go up that much?

 

The oil pressure in my ZJ is 40 at idle and 60 when driving....
