I kept replacing the fuse in my jeep for the fog light and turning the foglight switch on and i hear a click then i check the fuse and it is blown. The lights do not even come on for a second. They are the stock fog lights how can i get them to work?

You need to check all the wires from the fog lights to the switch. You probably have a bad ground or some wires crossed / damaged.
