Hot then cold

I have a 2000 jeep grand cherokee with a v-8. when i am moving with the heat on i get heat. when i am stopped it blows cold air please help.

air pocket in system,or maybe a heater core is plugged a little

I'll have to check them. I have no water coming inside so i'm hopeing its not the heater core.
