High reving at startup

High reving at startup
Got a 1988 jeep cherokee with a starting issue. Upon cracking the engine reves very high. Sometimes rocking the ignition switch back slightly will slow the idle down to normal. Not sure if it is a bad switch, ignition module or what. Any ideas?
