Ok. my wife has a 2006 Grand Cherokee Hemi, with approx 80,000 miles:

The "Service 4wd system" light is on - is this typically just an oil change type of service for the tranny / diff - or is it normally more serious (like overhauling something) ??

Also

When it is cold outside (only seems to happen in cold) All of the dash lights will randomly come on - it looks like santa clauses grotto in there - the headlights will flick to main beam at the same time - every possible dash light is on - any ideas as to why this is happening please?
