Default help with ZJ window regulator installation

I have very little mechanical experience, but I'm trying to install new window regulators in my 1993 Grand Cherokee. Three of my four windows are off-track, so I ordered a couple regulators on-line. I'm using the instructions that came with the regulators, which is pretty basic. http://www.dormanproducts.com/docume...stallInstr.pdf
I took off the door panel and started to install the new regulators but I'm stuck now in a couple ways. I've spent hours searching on-line for a video or instructions specific to the ZJ, but found nothing, so I'm hoping some of you can help out with details.
1) do you have detailed instructions or video specific to ZJ?
2) I have photos. The "coil" on the old regulator (I don't know it's real name) is tightly wound and securely attached. The new one is loose and falls off. What do I need to know about this?
3) The new regulator came with rivets. Where are they used in the installation process?
4) I had trouble finding a regulator for the left rear window on-line? Are they hard to find at a discount on-line?

thanks in advance
