I have a 99 grand Cherokee limited 4.0. im having issues with rough running and stalling when I shift into reverse. I found the ckp had bad wires so the was replaced, then found the cmp had a broken magnet inside so I replaced that, still had p0352 pop up, did the testing procedures per pro demand and found resistance was to high on tan and pink wire, replaced coil rail. started it and synced the ckp and cmp and it ran smooth no codes. got in it to pull it out of the shop put it in reverse and it started doing the same thing as before. I have pulled ALL of the tape and sleeves off ALL the wires they all looked good with no breaks or signs of damage. plugs have been replaced also please any help would be fantastic, thank you for reading.

 

Assuming your fuel pressure is 50 on first koeo? gauge looks good when idling, only a little flutter?
