2000 Grand Cherokee - the heater cooks the cabin, regardless of temp setting. The only way to curb the heat is to turn the temp all the way down to 'lo' - at which time it blows cold air (may be outside air - it's 35 deg outside).

Each side is still independently controllable - so I can have cold one one side, heat on the other - there is just no thermostatic action taking place.

Any ideas?
