Default Heated seats

Alright Guys. Need to pick your brains.. I searched around for a bit and came up with nothing.
I have a 2002 Jeep Grand cherokee Special Edition with heated seats.

Problem is only the low setting works but High doe's not work. And this is on both front seats. with their own individual switches.

I've already checked every fuse under the dash and under the hood.

I'm really not a experienced problem solver with this feature so thats why I'm asking if anyone else has seen this problem before and found a solution.

We had them repaired at the dealers on our WJ for free.

You can't beat getting info on a free repair for an officer who's your friend.

I took my 04 Grand Cherokee in when we got the recall on the seats they replaced them free....but now I am smelling smoke when it's on! Can there be a recall on a recall? Or how many times can you have it replaced? Maybe my DH can do it himself?

I'd take it back and let them fix it. Once you explain what's doing I'm sure they'll be glad to check it out before it causes a fire. Be insistent when you take it back that you're afraid it's going to start a fire. You will get their attention. If you don't ask for the service manager.
And Welcome to CF farmin4u.
