Default Heated Seats 5.9L

It's getting to be that time of year again when the leather gets a little cold on the butt, and although I never thought I needed them 'til I got em in my 5.9, the passenger side seat doesn't heat up. What are the most common causes of failure? (maybe I should check the manual first, but I guess I'm assuming they're on separate fuses, for example?) Maybe I'm being optimistic and hoping that there isn't a big repair bill to go along with it... cuz I prolly can't justify dumping a large amt. of cash on (THE PASSENGER SIDE) heated seat.
Thanks in advance - you guys are awesome!

Maybe my thanks came too early? Do I have to bribe you for an answer?
How about a free beer for the guy who can come up with some ideas?*

Typically the failure is at the heating element under the leather cover. Do a google search on ZJ heated seat repair and you should find numerous write up and threads on this.

X2. Or find another element from a donor seat. You might even be able to use/modify one from a WJ.

Good luck on the repair.
Try looking on NorthAmericanGrandCherokeeAssociation for parts. http://www.nagca.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=22
