Here's a quick rundown of my symptoms and things I've checked.

Blower motor - Good
Resistor - Good
Power coming in to fan speed switch - Yes
When jumping the relay in the control panel you can adjust the fan speed - Yes
Does blower come on when you use the vacuum switch - No
Can you adjust the air temperature or turn on AC when jumping from the relay - No
All fuses appear to be good - Yes
Power coming in to the temperature control switch - No

I cant seem to find a wiring diagram that shows the relays and breakers for the inside fuse panel. Can anyone pint me to one?
