To Grease Or Not To Grease
2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.7V8. Great Site Tons Of Useful Info. Ok my next question is I need to replace ball Joints. I'm pricing them and I see They offer grease and greaseless ball joints. Trying to determine which to purchase. Should I go grease or greaseless ball joints and why? Thanks in advance for any replies.

I've always gone with items (balljoints, u-joints, etc) that can be serviced.
Always felt that they last longer IF they're routinely serviced, especially if you
go through much water/mud.

great ? op. i just recently came across this also. looking fwd. to the replies.
PatriotGT- thank you for your service! can you access all of your u-joints w/ a standard grease gun. the front axle u-joints behind the front wheels ( pos. 9) i believe looked like they might be hard to grease.
thanks for all the help/replies.
