Hi, I've been a frequent visitor of these forums lately since I'm buying my first Grand Cherokee soon. All my questions have already been anwered by searching, but I have one that I can't seem to solve, so I figured it was finally time to join!

I'm about to plunge into buying a 2003 Grand Cherokee Limited. It has a navigation/dvd system in it. The problem is is that I am planning on hooking up 2 2" Subs very shortly after buying it.

Does anyone know if it would it be possible to hook up subs to this head unit? Or would I have to get rid of it? Also, I was wondering if there was an aux input by chance.

call crutchfield they will answer your questions no problem if you want to swap out the unit. but see next post for stock unit info.

Looks like it has an aux input. All newer stock models on GC has it. Not sure about anything older than 2001 though. You just needs to buy the adapter and install it, which shouldn't take more than 20 mins to do.

Not sure about subs. Not much of a fan of them lol
