hi you all i got a problem with the blend door in my grand 2001, i live in iceland so i dont think i will ever need cold blowing out of vents i am thinking if i could just remove the blend doors will the car then blow hot or what . i am new to jeeps so is there some quick fix out there . thanks

If you check out the video link of the fix, you will see how it is done. Living in the UK (left hand drive), the blend-door arrangement is somewhat different (from the RHD) with the location of parts transposed.
Even so, I have cut in to the A/C ducting and fixed the blend-doors in the warm air position using drilled holes, along with nuts & bolts. This is a lot cheaper ‘fix’ than that offered by the fix shown in the video link.
