Grand Cherokee 4.7 Vaccum Question
I have a Cracked vaccum hose on the wife's '02 Grand Cherokee. I know it's an easy fix, just wondering if anyone might know what function this provides.
Hose comes off throttle body and ends up running underneath vehicle. For some reason none of my manuals have a vaccum diagram for a 4.7. Any input would be greatly apprecited.

I would tape it up until I could order a new one. It's an important part. It carries fumes and could cause a fire.
