Default Grand Cherokee 2001

Hi I have a weird fault started my cherokee yesterday and now have no sound and no volume control from stereo. Reset amp under rear passenger seat comes up fault dr....2..Guessing means drivers speaker 2 disconnected tweeters on front dash still no sound but radio comes on etc.Can any one help im from UK ..........

Welcome to CF. Have you checked the fuses? There's a fuse for the Radio amplifier, and a separate one for the Radio in the fusebox/junction block under the dash. >http://www.wjjeeps.com/fuses.htm

Is this the Infinity system? I think the tweeters have to be plugged in in order for there to be sound.

Hi yes fuses checked radio all functions just no sound checked tweeters on dash unplugged both and plugged in still no sound,

If the parking assist is deactivated, does it still do it?
