Looks like a good Jeep, clean and unmodified. If it were me, I would argue the price down a bit more. I go by the 12k miles a year rule. 12k for every year the vehicle is on the road means that one should be at 96K +/- 1k. But this by no means is a show stopper.

Just make sure you are happy with it and do not drive away with any doubts or regrets

That's a good price IMO, and it has the 4.7HO engine. 265 hp when you need it.

That's a pretty good deal IMO also. However, people usually list things higher, expecting people to negotiate. I'd offer 6k and just see what he says.
