Gets high rpms but low speeds

Gets high rpms but low speeds
hi I was wondering if y’all could help me out some
so I have a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4.0 it has roughly 220,000 miles on it and as of lately it has been showing 0 oil pressure when the oil is fine but is also running rough- meaning that when I go to drive it Gets high rpms but will be going 10-15 mph and it doesn’t have chech engine light on but when I flick the key to the on position 3 time it’ shows p0523 code which I have addressed and put in a new oil sensor/switch and nothing i don’t know what to do from here on any ideas????
