Hey guys what should the fuel pressure be for a 1998 zj with the v8 318 ? Thanks

a little googling and i see 39psi... but cant find if that is with the vacuum line going to the regulator either on or off... if i remember right the fuel pressure regulator is on the pump and in the tank on this model... so i would imagine its just 39PSI period... would explain why i see no explanation of the vacuum line lol...
