Fuel Injector #1 removal

Sup guys, im new here.. I own a 2000 Grand Cherokee and the car started shaking so i brought it to a mechanic to get diagnosed and he said that my #1 fuel injector is bad and hes charging me $250 for parts and labor..Now my question is, can anyone direct me to a good write up "HOW TO" i would rather do it my self.. I already bought the Injector.. PLS HELP ME!! thx guys

what motor do you have in it 4.0 5.9 5.2 sorry i am not sure all the options on the grand if it is the 4.0 all you need to do is pull the rail and replace it pretty simple but on the v8 i am unsure

i got 4.0,so, all i got to do is pull it out?
