Front Driveshaft CV issue!!!!
Hey Guys this is my first post here, searched in the forums but could not find an answer.
I just bought a 1996 ZJ 5.2 and discovered that the front drive shaft had been removed due to the front cv exploding. It's ok I got the driveshaft from the seller. Now the issue is in the rebuild kit it comes with a replacement propeller shaft inside the ball bearings, essentially I have to remove the old propellor (spelling) off the front drive shaft. After taking the C-Clip out it still won't budge!!!! My guess is I need some kind of 3 jawed puller? Thanks in advance this thing is driving me nuts!

Welcome to CF. Yes you'll need a puller to remove it.
When I had my '97 ZJ w/V8 & AWD, I had a shop remove the type 3 front shaft it came with and install a type 1 shaft as seen below. It had a greaseable dustcap on it's slipyoke, and had u-joints rather than the CV joint on the front axle end.
