OK... Well good luck... and it won't be the only thing you will be replacing when you get there. lol
Ok you got me convinced. I've got a line on a set of 4 used tires that look pretty good. Hopefully I can get something out of the 2 new ones I put on.

This doesn't mean it will get rid of your hum issue, yet it very well might.... But it is a very practical and good move in the right direction with these to prevent more damage issues later. Your Jeep will appreciate it.

Just an update, a little over 3k miles since the crank swap and new bearings. Still running smooth. Changed the oil again for good measure two days ago. The oil coming out looked almost new haha. Ive stoped worrying about my engine work. I've been hitting the trails now too. Loving this jeep.

One note, the drive shafts in the front have a weeeeee bit of play, the drivers side more than the passenger side; so I think my mystery noise is bad pinion bearings in the front. I'll be looking into that in a few weeks. For now it's driving nice and the noise hasn't gotten worse yet.
