Engine Leaking Coolant

Engine Leaking Coolant
My engine is leaking coolant but it seems to be coming straight out of the bottom front of the engine where the bottom half meets the top half. I couldn't find any other threads about this. I have included pictures of where I think the leak is coming from. Is this something I can fix or is my jeep slowly dying?
I have fixed a few things on my Jeep but I am still learning and figuring things out. So any insight or suggestions would be welcome. Its a 98 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4.0 Litre

Most likely the water pump bearing failing - coolant runs down the front of the engine & drips from the bottom. Check for any play in the pulley on the water pump.
