Default Electrical issues

So, looking for some helping hammering out some electrical issues in my 99 grand Cherokee. I got in it one day to go to the gas station, after having hit a car wash the previous day (not sure if that caused the issues or not but hadn’t had the issue before this) and I roll my windows down and turn the radio on. All of a sudden my radio starts losing power every 15 seconds or so, would get power back immediately but would cut back out. Then I get to the gas station and my windows won’t roll up. Get home, later in the day my windows finally rolled up. But now, anytime I hit my right turn signal or a window switch the radio will lose power. The lights in it will light up and flash with my right turn signal, nothing happens to radio when I hit my left signal but that signal doesn’t always come on. I checked the body ground under drivers seat, and my door harness so far. Someone has soldered some stuff in there and I plan on replacing the harness in the door but it all looks intact and clean and is taped up nicely. I’m lost
