Default electrical gremlins

New to this site thanks for adding me. I have a 2004 grand Cherokee limited, when I turn key off all the warning lights on the dash come on. Jeep starts and runs just fine I have checked all that I can think of. I unhooked negative cable, hooked test light to cable other end to negative on battery dead short. Pulled all fuses one by one light never went out. Cleaned ignition switch and all components Checked battery all relays disconnected PCM nothing. All warning lights stay on. Anyone have any advice for me or suggestions of what to check next. Thanks for any and all help

Can you list the warning lights that actually are on instead of saying 'all'?

It's possible the ignition switch is stuck in the "bulb test" position internally.
