electical problem

i have a 88 cherokee and i lost power to my bulb for the clock the cd player and when you turn on your lights your speed tachs and stuff are supposed to light up but they dont either. turn signals show up and so do my 4 wheel drive lights and hazards and high beam and gas low lights. heater works and i think the cig lighter works can anyone tell me what my problem might be????

Check the dash light dimmer. It might have been accidently turned down.

Check on the wiring to your dash panel leading to the bulb of your clock and cd player...

This may sound simple but did ya check the bulb? If you did do you have a DMM? If you do check to see what voltage you have at the bulb and post the result.
