Drivers side mirror is not clear on my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland

The drivers side mirror is not clear. It has distorted images such as cloudiness and cannot see objects clearly. It is a heated mirror with auto adjust memory.

it is not on the mirror. It is internal, you cannot wipe it off but you can see it in the mirror itself. I do remember changing the door lock control module with another module and the mirror itself turned to a very dark blue tint. When I took that module out and replaced it with the original one(the one that's in it now), after about a week or two, the display in the mirror is what is present right now. This is of course a problem that nobody else has had with their Jeep. I'm just hoping that someone here has had a similar problem and solved it somehow.

Maybe try finding one at your local Pick A Part or You Pull It yard and see if that corrects it. That would at least eliminate the mirror as the problem.
