DIY wheel alignemt?
Yesterday I noticed that my front left tire is at least 1.5" closer (pushed forward) to the front bumper than the right tire. Is there anyway that I can fix this myself?

I took the jeep to get a wheel alignment twice and at two different places and I wasn't happy with either job. Plus, none of them noticed this, so I'm not confident in the work they will do.

Just find a better place where they can fix your tire alignment properly. Its not advisable to do it your self if you don't have the capability and equipment to do so.
