I know this says Grand Cherokee Tech but what is the OEM Cherokee forum for? Even under this forum there seems to be quite a range of Grand's with different transmissions and engines, well at least three different engines I'm aware of.

Don't all Cherokee's come off of the same basic platform with different body styles and engine/transmission groupings?

I hadn't set out to get the Grand Limited, I'd looked at a few different Cherokee's but most were pretty high in miles with normal wear and tear. I came across this one I got with only 84,000 miles and had to have someone bid on it for me at a dealer only auction, it was very, very clean with minimal glitches. I paid $3200+some back DMV fees and I gave the guy a 10% "finders fee". Almost $34,000 window sticker. The original owner had a phone installed which was pretty expensive at the time but you never lose your signal, anyway I think someone pretty wealthy owned this before me and used it gently and took care of it.
