Dash & front door speakers?

Dash & front door speakers?
The dashboard & (front) door speakers on my 2000 Grand Cherokee are shot & need changing.
At first glance it looks to me as though the grills should just pop off so I can then just unscrew the speakers & change them but I can't get the grills to budge........ Is my simple logic wrong please?

Haven't done it myself, but from what I've seen and read:
Dash speakers: you have to pop out the piece that goes across the entire dash - the narrow piece that has the speaker covers in it.
Door: You have to remove the entire door panel to get to the speakers. I'll be doing this myself in a couple weeks.

Haven't done it myself, but from what I've seen and read:
Dash speakers: you have to pop out the piece that goes across the entire dash - the narrow piece that has the speaker covers in it.
Door: You have to remove the entire door panel to get to the speakers. I'll be doing this myself in a couple weeks.
