Default Coolant sensor bad

I have a 98 5.9 zj and my info center beeps and flashes coolant semsor bad. I check with a buddy at the dealership and also another shop and there are no codes at all an they both seemed to think it was the sensor in the overflow bottle so i replaced that and a day later its on again. Sometimes it does not come on for a bit other times its on all the time. I have traced wires and dont seem to see any cuts or breaks. are there other sensors on motor somewhere. The temp gauge seems to be working right when it was on the scanner it was reading real close to the scanner.
Thx for the help.

The main problem is assembly line soldering on the connections in the VIC, my 97 does the same thing, I've just lived with it.. LOL

She'll be happy to find out it's an easy fix. Specially if you can fix it for free.
