Default coil springs

ive been hearing about a budget lift for the zjs they say your to take your front springs and put the back and then get new front springs. they say that it will give you 3 or 3.5 inches of lift im not sure on doing this or if it would work i put some spacers on my zj and if i remeber right the top of the front spring got thinner in diameter, than the rear im not 100 percent sure im pretty sure it would work though. thanks

the front to rear spring swap is a popular lift and some companies like iron rock offroad (IRO) make kits for it, you also need shocks and a few other things to go along with the springs.
