Clicking noise

Clicking noise
Hey all, I'm new here just found this and have a question. When in reverse and turning I hear a loud click. When turning into a parking spot slowly it click a couple times. Not sure what I need to look at since this is my fist GC. I have a 98 GC Larado with all timw 4x4. Any help will be great. Thanks all.

You probably have the CV type axle joints, they usually make clicking noises when they are getting bad and when they do its usually does it on sharp turns with acceleration. I would also check the driveshafts and u-joints

Thank you both. I will have to jack it up and take a look. Does anyone know how much of a hassle it is to change out those parts?

I have a similar sound but its only when I turn left and am going slowly or stopped and turn wheel . Still havnt figured it out will check what u guys stated

there not that hard to replace, after you get the brake rotor and hub assembly off the CV joint should just slide through the steering knuckle.
