Clearing oxygen sensor code (93' ZJ)

Clearing oxygen sensor code (93' ZJ)
OK I have an oxygen sensor code on my ZJ. today I replaced it with a brand new direct fit NGK sensor.. Well it never crossed my mind I may have to clear the code... being OBD! (OBD0 whatever), there is no port so I need to know how to clear the code
I started the jeep and drove off and the engine light came back on after I replaced the oxygen sensor..
I have not removed the battery terminals yet.. So I am curious to know exactly HOW do I clear that code and if it is removing the battery cable.. which one and for how long??
