Good day all. I tried searching the Internet for the answer to this question before posting here so apologies for the noise. While driving, what I perceive is an "oil pan cover" came off, and is danging from one screw. This is the problem... I searched oil pan cover, gasket cover, you name the iterative names, and I cannot find the name of the part so I can't replace it.

Attached is a picture of what is hanging. It is the black hard plastic cover. I'd like to know the definitive name so I can order it. Apologies for the post but I did try searching to no avail

It is a 2005 Grand Cherokee Laredo 5.7. I searched so many terms and came up empty. I don't want to head anywhere (Cherokee dealer, Autozone, etc) without knowing what I am buying, and seeing a baseline price.
