will a 94 jeep cherokee trans go into a 97 gc?

will motors switch beteen the 2 easily?

if not what are the tranny differences?

Does the GC have a 4.0? The wiring harness will be different, but not impossible to mesh together. You will need to pull the tranny computer as well in the process. It generally located underneath the glove box and behind the kick panel. Now the part I don't know is weather the 97 GC engine computer controls the tranny as well. If so, I don't think it will be possible.

yes i am talking abouyt the 4.0. i figured that would be assumed. sorry for not clarifiing. are the torque converters the same and are the output splnes the same?
