Route #1: Building it Yourself
Get some Coil Spacers from Autozone for $25
Get a couple of rear leaf packs from a Chevy S10 in the Junkyard for $30
Get some shocks from Zoneoffroad.com for $140 a set

Total: $195.00

Route #2: Building it Yourself Again...
Get some Coils off an F150 in the Junkyard for: $45
Get a couple rear leaf packs off an S10 for: $30
Get some Shocks from Zoneoffroad.com for $140 a set

Total: $215.00

Route #3: The route I took (best bang for your buck IMO)
Go to zoneoffroad.com and buy the entire Jeep XJ 3 inch lift kit. It comes with all the parts and hardware you'll need. You get the add a leaf, the leaf pins, the U bolts, the Coils, and all four shocks for
$290.66

I've had mine since october and it's doing better than I expected. But when it comes to ride quality, there is none. You'll feel every pebble laying on the road
