Hello, i have a 98 Grand Cherokee 5.9 V8 123k miles.

My question is when it started getting hot out about 1-2 months ago i turned the A/C on the first time since i got the vehicle almost a year ago. The Compressor clutch would cycle constantly every 3 seconds on/off on/off ect.. The A/C wasnt even cold it was just air. The little guage i have was showing the pressure reaching like 45-50psi then drop to like 10 everytime it cycle'd on and off. So i got a small bottle of 134A i think it was a 12OZ bottle. I put the whole bottle in there but it only got the pressure to like 33psi. The A/C is cold but its only slightetly cold.. and only if i have the recirculate button on. If i have the button off and take air from outside inside then the air is not even cold. The clutch seems to stay on all the time now.

EDIT: I just went out there and checked it while reving the engine a little bit. The compressor clutch i guess does turn off when your driving, when i reved it to around 1k-1500rpm the pressure on the low side went to 50 PSI and then the clutch turned off and the pressure dropped down to like 30 psi and then the clutch came back on and it kept cycling.. On idle tho it just stays on and hangs around 33psi. Am i still low on 134A ? should i go get another bottle ?
