im guessing you have a laredo? so your bumpers are now a pretty grey color there are many things you can do but restoring them back can be done with heat and some products (its 3 in the morning, no names come to mind) but they are usually just temporary fixes. another option is to paint or bedline them. if you go with painting them i recommend krylon fusion in a rattle can.

I saw someone post little while back that he had accidentally hit the plastic bumper ends with a heat gun when he was doing something. It brought back the dark color of the bumper so he did the rest of the bumpers and fender flares. He posted before and after photos and said it worked great. Wish I knew that before I painted mine. Would have been easier.

my brother has a 98 wrangler which had the same problem on his flares... His were black and went to gray. He went to advance auto and picked up about 3 cans of rustoleum. He put about 3 coats on each with a coat of clear coat. came out pretty nice but probably wont work if you plan on going gray
