blown head gaskets

blown head gaskets
I have a 2004 grand 4.7 had white smoke out the exhaust, and water in the oil figured head gaskets in the process noticed that one head bolt hole on block (left side) had a lot of oil in it and three on the right side do i have a block problem. any help would be greatly appreciated
