Question Blinker Problem Please Help!!!

Hey everyone,

I been having this annoying blinker problem. When i have my headlights on and then turn my left or right turn signal they blink normal for a few seconds, then after they start to blink fast then stop blinking and blinkers stay on green.

I have checked every single bulb front and back side to side.

What could be the problem?

Thanks!

On any vehicle (not just Jeeps), when you have an indicator problem which is only present with the headlamps on – it is invariably due to an earthing (poor electrical chassis connection) problem associated with the lights/indicators.

The poor electrical chassis connection is only evident when a high current is flowing (due to the headlamps being on). You will almost certainly find both the indicators and headlamps have a common electrical return path (connection) which is at fault.
