Hello all...2004 WJ 4.7...i noticed today that when i reved the engine up tp 3500 RPM and then on deceleration it coughed/backfired at about 2000 RPM then when it got to about 1500 RPM it stayed there for about a second and then dropped to its normal idle of 650RPM...if i reved it to 3000 RPM...no cough/backfire and it dropped to 650 RPM with no hesitation...I'm also chasing a P0302 that i actually thought i fixed after replacing the TPS and MAP SENSOR...ran great for 4 months...no CEL and 21 MPG on the highway...since the P0302 code reappeared about 2 weeks ago...gas mileage dropped to 17MPG...would love to hear some thoughts!!!!!
