Default Awd help

Have a. 96 grand cherokee with the 5.2 v8 with the full time 4wd I noticed down on the light gauge under the CD player that it only shows the back 2 wheels lit up. Is that normal or should the front be lit up too since it's full time?

probably 2 bulbs and one is burnt out.

does it feel like it's in 4wd? if it isn't, the rear would fishtail quite easily.
