I am installing a 94' 46RH into a 1997 grand cherokee limited. Is there anything ou there to adapt the electronics or does anyone know how to re wire so this transmission will work.

 

the 46RH is a hydraulically controlled transmission, with the only electronics being the O/D solenoid and the NSS, whereas the 44RE that would've came in a 97 ZJ is electronically controlled. i dont know exactly how the OBD2 systems work as far as if the PCM needs to see the transmission in order to make the engine function, but im sure it will definitely throw a permanent CEL.
