Anyone ever replaced the Blend Door Motor on an xj?

Anyone ever replaced the Blend Door Motor on an xj?
95 grand cherokee Limited
I think the motor is bad since I have no heat and have done everything imagineable to try and get this to work. If its not the Blend door motor its the blend door itself. The problem is I cant get to the 2nd screw in the back to take it out. Anyone else been able to do this?
